Lately I have felt a little like I should nominate myself for the show "what not to wear". I am in that lovely "I've lost a lot of weight from having a baby, but I will never be the same size, oh,my clothes are looking really old (like the newest thing in my closet that fits is over 2 years old)" stage in life. Well, I was able to go shopping today at the outlets in Lincoln City, with my wonderful husband to babysit AND my in-laws, who decided to give me my birthday presents about a month early. So here are some samples (actually it is pretty much everything!) in 'dress-up', 'business', and 'casual' - like they do on the show. Please keep in mind we are not photographers or models and our camera has a horrible digital delay, sooo these are not the best but they give you an idea!
The 'Dress-up'
I fell in love with this dress, it is my favorite of the day and looks way better than in the picture.
I now own sexy shoes!!
The 'Business'
So what if I don't work out of the home, this is my favorite style.
The 'Casual'
OK this is really bad picture but I wanted to show the pants don't need to be cuffed to be the right length on me!
So there it is! What did you think? Thanks to my in-laws and fabulous sales at Eddie Bauer and Coldwater Creek I think I got quite the catch. This last picture is of Heidi with some of her catch.

She picked up the game cuddies today along with some link-n-logs, a Spiderman Lego type set (she is her daddy's girl, she picked that over the Cinderella one!), some tights and socks! Jeff got some new kitchen gadgets, go figure, and a Keith Green CD. Clara just ate Ritz most of the time. We had a lovely dinner at the place that has the tiger with the parasol (if you are familiar with Lincoln City you know what I am talking about, if not sorry just imagine a 7 foot tiger holding a parasol with its tail and wearing a tu-tu), and then had a few minutes to run in the sun at Roads End beach. It was a lovely day!

You said you wanted comments, so here I am!! I found your blog through Alysun's sight. I know exactly what you mean as far as, lost some baby weight, but never really gonna get back in the old clothes! Your finds look GREAT! I'm going to have to save some pennies and just go for it one of these days!
I am glad you got to splurge on yourself. You work hard and deserve it! I am glad you found some clothes that make you feel as good as you look. It is so important!!
