I have been listening for weeks for a good HQ to post, she is sadly realizing more and more of what she says and not given any preschool profound truths lately. That is until today!
As I was prepping lunch, she said it would be fun to live under the sea. Playing along, I agreed and said we could be mermaids. She replied that I could be a mermaid because mermaids have two things. I asked her what they were and she said "Tails and bras". I tried to get out of this one three times by saying I didn't know mermaids had claws. But being the brilliant 3 year old that she is, she described what she meant, "You know mommy, the pingy dat you wear!" (we are still working on the 'th' sound). So there you go, since I where a bra I can now be a mermaid - me AND my two sisters. Heidi let me know that they wear bras too. (BTW she never said anything about me having a tail!)

Tails and Bras. She has is all figured out. Kids are brilliant. On the plus side, you don't need an elaborate halloween costume to impress her.
