Blogging and boiled milk.

So yeah, I haven't turned on the computer in a few days and had a lot to catch up on. The only problem is, I also started a batch of yogurt at the same time. Why is that a problem you ask. Well the first step in making yogurt is to bring the milk to 180 degrees, stirring occasionally. While lost in the world of bolgs, the milk did not get stirred, in fact it was given no attention what so ever. That is until I heard a sizzle and looked over to see milk form 3 inches tall. My house smells lovely right now, nothing like the smell of burning milk.
