We're done!! A drum roll please.......

So this week I wrapped up the canning season, which by the way this is the longest I have ever canned into the year (I don't like late harvests). We're not done with freezing (notice the pumpkins in the bottom of this picture) or dehydrating (the bucket of red apples). BUT canning is done!!! Unless of course we are handed a bunch of something for free, I'm sure we could find something to do with it in the 2 jars we didn't fill this year. OK, OK enough chit-chat, and now the moment you have all been waiting for (or maybe just me), the final canning count of jars filled and sealed in 2008 is.......

367!

That is so amazing! I can't imagine doing that much canning--I think I would have to triple or quadruple my current canning! Yikes!

You guys have surpassed me in any given year! I know how much work is setting there, and I know you are glad it's done. Now you can enjoy for the next year! Mama/Cricket
