It seems that Jeff and I have become quite the movie nerds these past few months. By this I do not mean that we have been going to tons of movies, I mean we have just been going to the ones that have nerdy cult followings. Our confession is we actually celebrated our 6 year anniversary in May by seeing Wolverine and Star Trek....on the same day. They were both awesome! Although I would have to say I liked Start Trek a little better, but I am still far from calling myself a Treky.
Our other confession is that we have already seen the new Harry Potter. We went to the first night midnight showing! We may have been the only people who were over 17, married, without children in line at the local theater where it was showing on 5 screens! It was very good, but sad - although the 6th book is sad so they didn't really have a way around that. First we only found horrible seats in the front row all the way at an end, and then a kind, cute man in the food line stuck up a conversation with me (he may have been trying to hit on me, but it has been a while so I just made sure to drop the "husband" word!) and I found out we could change theaters - we did and got seats in the back row with is much more conducive to watching movies with bifocals. Thank you kind, cute man - our experience was much better than it would have been.
And now for the second part of my title. I am watching my friends kids today as she has been ordered to bed rest to keep a baby brewing another week, you can read her story here if you like. Her three boys are adored by (and adore) Heidi, but this is my first time solo with all 5. I am proud to say that for almost an hour the house has been quite as all have fallen asleep. Can I just say again I love having a park behind my house where little bodies can run themselves tired!

Good for you on getting 5 to sleep at once. That has to be some kind of record. And yes, the park behind your house is awesome.
