This is a smell I am sure I will have many more time in my house in the coming years. It visited us for the first time on Friday night for Heidi's 5th birthday party. She actually doesn't turn 5 until next Wednesday, but I was much easier to do her party the weekend before rather than right before Christmas. This year we did a almost slumber party - I took all the girls home at 8:30 all tired, PJed, and teeth brushed ready to curl up in their own cozy beds. We had a blast. Heidi invited over 4 little friends and all we able to make it!

We had a pancake cake for the party! Seriously the easiest cake ever. We let the girls pick what they wanted in their pancakes then stacked them up added whip cream, sprinkles and candles and wa-la a cake!

We made sure they all behaved.... actually this was a really good game of Simon says! The command was put your hands on the window.

All settled down for a movie, popcorn, and getting their nails done.

We gave them little travel bags for gift bags so they ended their party with brushing teeth.
Jeff and my dad stayed long enough to make the pancakes and then they scooted out so we could have an all girls party - no boys allowed! This equals 6 girls 5 and under at my house all at the same time and me being the only adult. It went amazingly well - thank you new Strawberry Shortcake sweet dreams movie from daddy.
I am giving myself points for this one! It was super fun, easy and cheap!
